Onya McCausland, b. 1971, Zennor, Cornwall, UK. Graduated from Slade School of Fine Art, University College London in 1999. Exhibitions include: ‘The Edge of Printing’, The Keepers House, Royal Academy (2016), ‘Turning Landscape into Colour’, Camden Arts Centre, London (2014), ‘John Moores Painting Prize’, Walker Gallery, Liverpool (2012), ‘Summer Exhibition’, Royal Academy, London (shortlisted for the Wollaston Prize for most outstanding work) (2011). Residencies include: Research Residency, Slade School of Fine Art, UCL, London (2011), Drawing Spaces Fabrica Braco de Prata, Lisbon, Portugal (2009).
